Purpose:

- Schengen Visa Application Form
- Valid passport (at least 3 months after return)
- Two recent passport-size photos (white background)
- Cover letter (purpose of travel, stay duration)
- Round-trip flight booking
- Hotel reservation or invitation letter (original signed)
- Travel medical insurance (min. €30,000 coverage)
- Personal bank statement (last 6 months)
- Proof of employment (salary slip, NOC) or business (NTN/SECP)
- Proof of ties to Pakistan (FRC, property, job letter)
- Visa Fee: €80 + VFS service charges
📌 Invitation letter must include copy of inviter’s DNI/NIE/passport, and “Carta de Invitación” if applicable.
💼 2. Business Visa (Type C – Schengen Short Stay)
Purpose:
- Business meetings, fairs, training
Additional Documents:
- Invitation from Spanish company
- Letter from Pakistani employer (detailing purpose, designation, duration)
- Company documents (SECP, NTN, Chamber of Commerce)
- Proof of previous business with Spain (if any)
- Business bank statement
- Travel insurance
- All standard Visit Visa documents
📌 The inviting Spanish company may be asked to confirm intent with Spanish authorities.
🏠 3. Family Reunion Visa (Type D – Long Stay National Visa)
Purpose:
- Reuniting with family legally residing in Spain (spouse, parent, child)
Steps:
- Sponsor applies for family reunification authorization at the Oficina de Extranjería in Spain
- Once approved, you apply for a Type D Visa at VFS
Documents Required:
- Family reunification approval
- Marriage or birth certificate (MOFA-attested + Spanish translation)
- FRC from NADRA
- Copy of sponsor’s residence card/DNI
- Proof of relationship and regular contact
- Proof of accommodation and financial means of sponsor
- Police character certificate

🎓 4. Student Visa (Type D – Long Stay)
Purpose:
- Study in a university, language school, or training institute in Spain
Steps:
- Get acceptance letter from Spanish institution
- Apply for Type D Student Visa from Pakistan
- Register for residence permit after arrival
Required Documents:
- Admission/Enrollment Letter
- Course details and duration
- Proof of tuition fee payment
- Proof of financial means (€700/month minimum or sponsor)
- Health insurance
- Accommodation proof
- Educational documents (HEC-attested + translated)
- Police clearance and medical certificate

📌 Upon arrival, apply for a Foreigner Identity Card (TIE) within 30 days.
👷 5. Work Permit Visa (Type D – Long Stay)
Purpose:
- Employment in Spain under a legal contract
Steps:
- Employer applies for your work and residence authorization at the Spanish Ministry of Labour (Delegación del Gobierno)
- Once approved, you apply for Type D Work Visa
Documents Required:
- Work contract & authorization letter (residence permit)
- Employer’s ID, tax documents
- Valid passport
- Educational qualifications (translated + attested)
- Experience certificates
- Medical and police clearance
- Proof of accommodation
- Travel insurance
