🏠 3. Family Reunion Visa (Type D – National Visa + Residence Permit)
Purpose:
- Joining spouse, parent, or child legally residing in Poland
Steps:
- Sponsor applies for your residence permit through Polish Voivodeship Office
- Once approved, you apply for Type D National Visa through VFS
Documents Required:
- Type D visa application
- Residence permit approval letter
- Marriage or birth certificate (translated into Polish + attested by MOFA)
- FRC from NADRA
- Sponsor’s residence permit or Polish ID
